Chef Ryan DeConnickExecutive Chef Ryan DeConnick

Ryan DeConnick has loved food since childhood. His culinary style has been greatly influenced by memories made in the kitchen and over meals with his large, close-knit family.

After graduating culinary school in 2007, Ryan joined the team at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. During his tenure, he’s spent time working at several CMR concepts, including M, Marcella’s and Molly Woo’s. Ryan was recently awarded the prestigious ‘Sous Chef of the Year’ award at the 2013 Cameron Mitchell Leadership Conference just before being promoted to executive chef at Molly Woo’s.

Ryan loves spending time enjoying delicious food and wine with his friends and family, who are always eager to sample his newest culinary creations. He also has some original dishes in his repertoire that people just can’t get enough of, like his chicken salad, brioche stuffed French toast and crab cakes.

Ryan attributes his success to being lucky enough to wake up every day truly loving his job.

General Manager Seth ArmstrongGeneral Manager Seth Armstrong

Seth Armstrong was named the general manager of Molly Woo’s in December 2018. Armstrong has a heart for hospitality and was first drawn to the industry while working as a bag boy at Orchard Hills Country Club. His love of creating incredible guest experiences is what led him to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) in 2014. He worked for several CMR concepts prior to Molly Woo’s, including Hudson 29, The Barn, Martini, The Guild House and The Pearl, working initially as a server and then as a manager and bar manager.

His favorite part of working for CMR is the people. Armstrong speaks highly of his team, saying he has never enjoyed working with a group of peers so much, and that he is continually impressed with their ability to deliver genuine hospitality.

Armstrong believes the most important thing has learned through the years is patience and feels this is a core strength that fosters trust.

Armstrong attended The Ohio State University and received a degree in Hospitality Management. His past experience includes working at Mirror Lake Café/Sloopy’s Café and the Hyatt Regency.

Outside of Molly Woo’s, Armstrong can be found listening to classic rock, reading or enjoying his favorite dish – the French Dip with Havarti Cheese at Hudson 29. He most importantly enjoys spending quality time with his family. Armstrong lives in Powell with his wife and daughters.
